Fantastic result at todays Auction with all lots being sold!
A room full of active bidders saw the average for the day being 20% over the realistic guide prices set with both vendors and purchasers going away happy.

The woodland at Boot attracted a lot of interest with bidders traveling from all over the country to be present, the land was guided at £25,000 and the hammer fell at £32,000 which equates to £12,075 per acre.
The 4 lots of agricultural land at Camerton also attracted a lot of interest with the below results:
Lot 1 £60,000 - £12,903 per acre
Lot 2 £228,000 - £10,785 per acre
Lot 3 £130,000 - £8,306 per acre
Lot 4 £44,000 - £9,016 per acre
Land prices are holding out at a record high levels with demand remaining strong.
