Sealed “best and final” offers are invited for 74 acres, or thereabouts, of good quality land which is well fenced and has mains water (sub meters have been installed and the water will be charged by the licensor to the licensee at the end of the term).
Let for the cropping of either 1 cut of hay or 2 cuts of silage. If a second cut is taken then slurry and aftercut is to be applied. Also available for the grazing or cattle or sheep.
The land is to be let from 1st April 2024 to 20th September 2024 for cattle or 1st April 2024 to 20th October for sheep on a grazing licence basis.
The land is split onto 3 lots each with a water trough. Handling facilities are available.

Lot 2 (Blue) 32.01 acres 12.95 ha
Lot 3 (Yellow) 28.76 acres 11.64 ha
Payment for the land is to be made in one instalment at the commencement of the let.
